Card: Thinking of You

So..... I went a little glitter crazy on today's card... and it's all glitter! :)

I used my Heat & Stick powder and various glitters I was hoarding in the craft room! The pink hearts are the exception -- those were punched from Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper!

If you have never used Heat & Stick Powder, I highly recommend it -- so easy and inexpensive with such pretty results!

Now make sure you go check out all the other awesome flamingos today from the other What Will You Stamp? Design Team members! :)

Card: Hello So Glad You Are Here!

Happy Monday! I was in need of restocking my baby card stash... there have been a lot of them lately! So I thought it would be fun to put a ship in a bottle... or in this case, a jar!

I rummaged through my stamp sets and patterned paper scraps to pull this one together.... I used a new stamp set called Swirly Bird (so many cute things you can make with that one!) and Made with Love to stamp the second part of the sentiment ("so glad you are here!"). The nautical paper is from some retired designer series paper that I loved and couldn't part with... so I'm glad I hoard my paper scraps! ;) LOL

I thought it would be fun to die cut the jar out of the background cardstock and stamp the jar contents on the white cardstock I had underneath it -- I love how it turned out! A little piece of linen thread around the jar lid and it is ready to go to the next person I know who has a little boy!

Make sure you go over and check out all the awesome ideas for this stamp set from the What Will You Stamp? Design Team!

What do you think you'd put in a jar?!

Card: Have a Snappy Day!

If you've followed me long enough around here, you know I have a thing for lobsters... and apparently all the other sea creatures too!

The splatter-y background is from a new stamp set in my collection called Swirly Bird... I can't wait to play with it more! :)

Have a great week!

Card: Thanks for Being You

Happy 4th of July!! Today, I have a fun, quick thank you card to share with you.

I used our new Falling Flowers stamps and Sweet Sugarplum cardstock & ink to make the background, then white embossed on top of that!

And then a small scrap of Blushing Bride cardstock with some white baker's twine to finish it all off! A fun design that would work well with any flower stamp set! :)  Make sure you go check out all the gorgeous flowers today from the rest of the What Will You Stamp? Design Team!
