Card: Happy Halloween!

Happy Monday! Can you believe that Halloween is only three weeks away?! I can't! Today, I wanted to share a quick, fun Halloween card I made recently using some of our new Halloween Designer Series Paper and stamp set, Spooky Fun.

I wanted to keep it clean and simple, to show off the fun patterned paper and the awesome pumpkin stamp! I water colored the pumpkins using my aqua painter and ink pads, then die cut them out using the coordinating Framelits -- so quick and easy! I actually stamped the sentiment using Night of Navy -- it is hard to see in the photographs, but it is really nice in real life because it's just a little extra pop of color.
This week's stamp set for What Will You Stamp? is Spooky Fun, so make sure you go over and check out the fun projects from the rest of the Design Team! :)

I also played along with Freshly Made Sketches this week and used their fun sketch as a quick starter for my card today! :)

Thanks for stopping by today!

Ultimate Pink Blog Hop

Welcome to the first ever Ultimate Pink Blog Hop – a collection of ideas from Stampin’ Up! demonstrators all over the globe featuring shades of pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I'm glad you are here!

If you've been here on my blog before, you know this is a cause I feel strongly about... check out my posts about the 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk if you want see more about it! ;)

So let's talk about lack of sleep and time now that our little man is here.... I have like about 5 minutes to myself once I'm done with the day and I pass out asleep! :) It doesn't leave me a lot of time for crafting, so lately I've been making even simpler cards to just get 'er done! Today I want to share one of those cards with you:

It came together in about five minutes! A soft, girly card for pretty much any occasion... great for my stash! :)  I am a sucker for background stamps and the new Ghoulish Grunge is no exception! You see it and think of Halloween almost immediately, but I see so many great ways you can use those backgrounds.... and so do the What Will You Stamp? Design Team! Make sure you scroll down below to see what they made too using this new holiday set. :)

Thanks for stopping by here today! To continue to be inspired whether you’ve come from the person before or after me on the list below, here's a list so you can check out everyone's contributions:

Make sure you also check out all the awesome ideas from the What Will You Stamp? Design Team today using Ghoulish Grunge!
