365 Cards: Thinking of You at Christmas

Hope you aren't tired of seeing the Christmas cards from me because I have another one to share today!

To make the rainbow ornaments, I made my own ink pad using ink refills! I inked my stamp first in Versamark, then quickly inked up with the custom ink pad and stamped my ornament. I used Heat & Stick powder and Dazzling Diamonds to make my ornaments sparkly! :)

This awesome stamp set has a matching set of Framelits that I used to cut out the hangers for tops of the ornaments! :) So much fun!

Now head on over to check out all the creative projects this week from the What Will You Stamp? design team.... you won't want to miss seeing all the great ideas using this fun stamp set! :)

  1. First of all, I LOVE this. But I don't really understand. Stamp in Versamark, then immediately in normal dye ink? The Versamark doesn't come off in the colored ink? The embossing powder still sticks properly?

    1. Versamark is clear, so there is no "damage" to the colored ink pad, as there is no color in Versamark! And yes the embossing powder still sticks properly! ;)
