{JAX Starz Blog Hop} 365 Cards: A Merry Little Wish

Happy Saturday and welcome to the monthly Jacksonville Starz Blog Hop! In case you missed past blog hops, you can check them out here. And now onto this month's hop... :)

This month's challenge is a sketch challenge! It's actually based on one of my favorite cards and it's my go-to sketch!

I tried a new technique this month and wanted to share it with you.... see that sparkly pretty star? I punched a star out of the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper using the Itty BittyPunches Punch Pack. Then colored the star using the darkest shade of the Daffodil Delight Blendabilities pens.

You'll want to make sure when you are coloring your Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper with Blendabilities that you are dabbing to add color -- you don't want to move the tip across the surface in a coloring motion and ruin the tip of your blendie!

Up next in this month's hop is Cari Verschueren -- she makes awesome cards! I always love to see what she creates! Go check it out :)

Just in case you get lost in the hop.... here is this month's blogroll:

Rose Ann Marr

Amanda Sevall <-- you are here! :)
