Card: I Miss You!

I actually made this card a while ago... in response to this ColourQ challenge, by using this ColourQ color combo and this CAS sketch:

I was tempted to add more dimension and layering on the green and blue backgrounds, but I'm glad I left it simple in the end.  I did some paper piecing with the super cute hostess stamp set called Ain't Love Grand.  I'm thinking this would be a nice everyday card to give to my husband when our work schedules are opposites or even a fun valentine to send a friend or family member that lives far away! :)

Card: Delicate Doilies Merry Christmas

I've had fun making Christmas cards in the last few weeks!  This card was a simple card to make - all embossing, one half sheet of cardstock and some ribbon:

I even added an embossed sentiment on the inside.  The new Petite Pairs stamp from the main catalog is a lot of fun to use. :)
