Mini Card: Be My Valentine

Life has been crazy the last couple weeks -- I injured my back and it slowed me down significantly.  I'm finally starting to feel better, so I'm able to get back into my craft room!!  Welcome to all my new (& old) virtual followers -- I'm happy to meet you and follow your fun crafting adventures!!  Now on with the crafty stuff.... :)

I have to tell you, I love this stamp!  So pretty and simple.  It's a great deal at only $8.95 -- perfect for mass producing valentine's cards for kids, neighbors, family or friends!  Here's a small 3x3" card I made using the stamp.  Hope my husband is ready for all the love cards he's going to be getting next month! :)

Be My Valentine Mini in Rose Red

I stamped the heart twice -- once in each ink color -- and cut out my black banner with "Be My Valentine" and attached it to my Rose Red image using Stampin' Dimensionals.  I love my Dimensionals and use them all the time!! Happy Monday!! :)

Supplies for this project:
Cardstock:  Whisper White (#100730); Rose Red (#102544)
Ink:  Rose Red Classic Stampin' Pad (#101778); Basic Black Classic Stampin' Pad (#101179)
Stamps: Be My Valentine Single Stamp (#122045 in wood only; in the Occassions Mini Catalog)
Other:   Basic Rhinestone Jewels (#119246); Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430); sewing machine and black thread
